Peer Review
Submission and Review Process Guidelines:

We only accept submissions that are original, not previously published elsewhere, contribute new knowledge to the field, align with the conference's focus, and offer both theoretical and practical value. Each manuscript will be subject to a double-blind peer review by at least two qualified experts in the relevant research area.

Evaluation Criteria:
Is there sufficient novelty in the content to justify its publication?
Is the content scientifically accurate and free from erroneous claims?
Is there an introductory section that sets the context for the work?
Is the manuscript written clearly, succinctly, and in an understandable manner?
Does the manuscript meet the editorial standards and fit the thematic scope of Web of Conferences?
Is the length of the manuscript appropriate?
Is there a need for linguistic editing of the manuscript written in English?

Will the manuscript capture the interest of the academic community and make a meaningful impact?
The organizing committee holds the ultimate responsibility and right to decide whether a manuscript is accepted for publication or rejected. Nevertheless, the Publisher has the final say in this decision. The Web of Conferences editorial team reserves the right to reject a submission if it is of insufficient quality or does not match the conference themes. For submissions in English, the text is pre-evaluated by native speakers for translation quality before the review process begins.

The Organizing Committee of the CCACES Conference Series rigorously upholds principles of publishing and scholarly integrity, basing its editorial practices on the guidelines developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in the United Kingdom.
Publication Ethics
Conference Submission Guidelines
Authors must ensure their submissions are original, previously unpublished, and offer new insights. Submissions should accurately reflect the conducted work and its significance, with data presented honestly. Details must be thorough enough to allow replication. Ethical standards forbid fraudulent content.

Authors should make raw data available for review and public access when feasible, retaining it post-publication. Works must be original, properly citing or quoting others' work. Publications of similar research in multiple outlets are discouraged. Acknowledge all influential works.

Contributorship is limited to those significantly involved in the study. All contributors must be listed, with co-authors approving the final manuscript and its submission. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and all funding sources.

Upon identifying errors in published work, authors must promptly correct or retract. Any hazards in the research must be clearly indicated.

Editors are committed to impartial review, respecting author confidentiality, and making decisions based on scholarly merit. Editorial processes, including peer review, are transparent.

Reviewers aid editorial decisions, providing objective feedback promptly and confidentially. They must avoid personal biases and conflicts of interest, recognizing relevant, uncredited work.

Plagiarism Policy
We employ anti-plagiarism tools to ensure content originality, rejecting manuscripts with high plagiarism levels. Plagiarism above 20% requires correction; levels above 60% lead to submission rejection and a three-year submission ban for authors. Repeated plagiarism or failure to revise as required results in submission rights suspension.
